Learn how to get started with Warehall

Getting Started

Create your account, set up your first warehouse, and upload your Excel file or connect Google Sheets. Warehall auto-detects your columns and begins analysis within seconds.

Uploading Data

Supported formats: .xlsx and Google Sheets, up to 10MB. Drag and drop into the upload area or click to browse. Column mapping is automatic.

Smart Analysis

Once uploaded, Warehall scans every row to identify bottlenecks, low-stock alerts, and zone distribution issues. Results appear on your dashboard in seconds.

Zone Map

The zone map provides a top-down view of your warehouse floor. Active zones are shown in blue, alert zones in orange, and empty zones in gray. Hover over rows to highlight them.

Dashboard & Alerts

Your dashboard displays real-time metrics, reorder recommendations, and zone utilization. Alerts notify you before stock runs out so you can act proactively.
